As an Expert Witness www.expertwitness.co.uk, we undertake the preparation of expert reports for court or tribunal hearings.  If necessary we will present these long and detailed reports in person in a court or tribunal hearing and will respond to searching cross-examination. Solicitors in particular will find this service very useful for matrimonial proceedings.

We are happy to be appointed as a joint single expert and are knowledgeable about the procedure known as ‘hot tubbing’, where expert witnesses present evidence in front of the appointed judge and two counsel only.  The aim is to cut out the formality of court proceedings and try to find common ground.
